MUDr. Renata Šimandlová

diabetology, endocrinology

Dr. Renata Šimandlová graduated from the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, majoring in General Medicine. 

She specializes in diabetology and endocrinology and has more than 13 years of experience in caring for patients with metabolic and hormonal disorders.

She gained experience both in inpatient internal medicine wards and in outpatient practice, including at the Institute of Endocrinology. 

In her practice, she focuses on comprehensive care for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including patients treated with insulin pumps, as well as on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases.

Her goal is to provide high-quality and modern medical care with an emphasis on an individual approach to each patient.

MUDr. Vojtěch Lukavec

gynecology and obstetrics

MUDr. Vojtěch Lukavec graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. 

Since starting his practice, he has been intensively engaged in the field of minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including professional publishing activities. 

Professionally, he focuses on hysteroscopic, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, and the treatment of benign gynecological diseases affecting patients’ fertility, such as fibroids, endometriosis or intrauterine adhesions.

He holds certificates from professional courses in robotic surgery and the surgical treatment of endometriosis. 

He considers an empathetic approach to be the foundation of his practice, one that combines the latest scientific knowledge with patients’ preferences and an emphasis on the quality of their lives.

MUDr. Nikola Papoušková graduated from the Second Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, majoring in general medicine.

She gained her experience at the Department of Dermatovenereology of the Motol University Hospital.

She has more than twenty years of experience in the field, including dermatosurgery, phototherapy and aesthetic dermatology. She holds certificates for working with lasers, botulinum toxin application and fillers.

Her main goal is to provide patients with highly professional care with an emphasis on an individual and holistic approach.

How can I get to you?

Poliklinika Florenc is located at the entrance to the Florenc metro station, at Křižíkova 2136/2A, Prague 8. You can reach us by metro, tram or bus – Florenc stop.

What about parking?

Patients can use the parking in the underground garages directly at the polyclinic.

How to get to us:
The entrance is from Florenc street – turn into Křižíkova street and just below the highway turn right into the garages.

How the parking works:

  • Parking is intended for patients for the duration of the visit.
  • Parking must be registered in advance via the telephone center at +420 790 100 777.
  • The reserved parking time is 120 minutes.
  • You can enter the garages up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Parking is charged at CZK 60/hour.

Important information:

In case the doctor sends you for further examination and you are unable to leave on time, the situation must be resolved individually at the reception.

If you do not exit the garages within the specified time, parking will be charged.

Can I come without an appointment?

We always recommend making an appointment. Booking times are usually short. In urgent cases, we try to provide care within 24 hours.

Do you also offer one-off services for self-paying patients?

Can I view the premises first?

Yes, by prior arrangement we will be happy to show you the premises. Contact us via the form or by phone.

Is it possible to consult about health status remotely?

Clients of selected programs have access to the „Medic Online 24/7″ service. This allows you to contact a doctor via chat from anywhere and anytime.

Can I come for blood tests? Is an appointment necessary?

Yes, an appointment is required. Blood tests take place in the morning at all our clinics.

How to prepare for blood tests?

It is usually recommended to come on an empty stomach. Before the test, you can drink pure water. Do not eat and do not chew gum or sweets. Always follow the specific instructions you receive when booking your appointment.

Do I have to be fasting for an abdominal ultrasound?

It is usually recommended not to eat, drink or smoke for several hours before the examination. The staff will provide you with exact instructions when booking the examination.

Who will inform me of the examination results?

Once processed, you will find the results in the client zone. If they are normal, a nurse may inform you of them. If any abnormality appears, the results are always discussed with you by a doctor.

Can I be vaccinated if I am ill?

Vaccination is generally recommended to be postponed in case of acute illness. The suitability of vaccination is always assessed by a doctor on the day of application.

Can I bring a vaccine from the pharmacy and have it administered?

We only administer vaccines from our contracted suppliers, so that we can guarantee proper handling and storage.
